Students at Nancy Smith Elementary completed one of their annual end -of -school events Tuesday as they made their way to the high school track to participate in various competitions.
AISD bands finish year with music
The end of the year concerts for fifth and sixth grade bands will be held during the elementary talent show starting at 9:00 a.m. in the cafeteria on Thursday (today).

Pool Splash Day planned June 1
The date is nearing for the opening of the Albany City Pool, set for Saturday, June 1. As in the past, the first day is Splash Day with no admission charged for that day only.
Pat Green tickets available June 7
Tickets are still available for the first night of a two-night run featuring Pat Green on June 7 and 8 at the Aztec Theater. Originally, Green was scheduled to play only on Saturday, June 8, which has already sold out.
