API merges with Wyreline

API Perforating, LLC (API), a local leader in wireline services and also one of the top employers in Shackelford County, recently announced an acquisition and merger with Wyreline Transformation, LLC (Wyre), resulting in the creation of API Wyreline. According to the official announcement,themerger of API and Wyre “brings together the synergistic strengths of two dynamic companies to leverage unparalleled industry expertise and service.” Justin Anderson, current chief executive officer ofAPI, will leadAPI Wyreline as CEO.
