Bridge could reopen this month

The mile-long bridge on US Highway 180 over Hubbard Creek Reservoir has been closed to traffic since Dec. 22 following an emergency inspection prompted by debris being observed falling from underneath the west end.

Snyder re-elected as Farm Bureau V-P

Moran rancher Sam Snyder was elected vice president of the Texas Farm Bureau board of directors in December at its 90th annual meeting in Frisco. Snyder has represented District 7 on the board since 2019.
